Welcome!💗 Hi, I’m Rachel, owner of BBRB. I specialize in Russian manicures, hand-painted nail art, gel extensions, and structured manicures. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment: Deposit: - A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. - Non-refundable and non-transferable. - The deposit will be applied toward your total balance. - All nail services are final— NO refunds! Payment Options: - Accepted methods: Cash, Zelle, or Card. - A 3.5% processing fee applies if paying the remaining balance with a card. Late Arrivals & Cancellations: - Please plan to arrive on time to respect your appointment and others scheduled after you. - A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Late Policy: - Arriving late will result in: - Up to 10 minutes: $15 late fee. - After 10 minutes: Appointment cancellation. Full service fee (charged to the card on file) + a $40 rescheduling fee will be required to rebook. Cancellations: - Notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. - Less than 48 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: - Full service fee will be charged to the card on file. - Same-day cancellations will result in a permanent booking ban. New Clients: - Nails must be bare and free of damage when booking. - A photo of your bare nails and design inspiration must be submitted at the time of booking— no exceptions. - Appointments will be canceled if you arrive with: - Product on your nails. - Damaged nails. - Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the full service fee being charged. Soak-Offs: - $25 – My work only. - I do not offer soak-offs for other techs’ work or nail repairs. Please handle your nails gently to avoid damage. No Extra Guests: - For the comfort and safety of all clients, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed. General Policies - All policies apply to both new and returning clients. - By booking, you agree to all listed policies. Do not hesitate to reach with any questions or concerns you may have.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Any no call no shows, rescheduling or cancellation less than 48 hours will result in a 100% total service charge fee.
